MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES
The following are the guidelines for the use of a Weekday Membership at Windmill Lakes Golf Club:
The Membership period begins on January 1, 2023 and expires on December 31, 2024.
Membership Cards personalized with the member’s name and number will be available for pickup at the WLGC Pro Shop. Cards will not be mailed. Cards purchased prior to the start of the membership season will be available to be picked up soon after the golf course is open.
MEMBERSHIPS ARE NOT TRANSFERRABLE AND MAY ONLY BE USED BY THE PERSON WHOSE NAME IS LISTED ON THE MEMBERSHIP CARD. If any Member shares the membership card another player, that membership card will be terminated and membership will be revoked immediately with no refund.
A Weekday Membership is valid during ‘open play’ times only and does not apply to greens fees for leagues, member or association events, tournaments or outings.
To ensure a position on the tee box for all Members and guests, tee times are required. Members may make a tee time up to three days in advance by phone, online or in the pro shop.
Weekday Membership tee times for are available Monday through Friday from open to close, except during leagues and special events. Weekday Membership tee times are not available on weekends or holidays.
All players must check-in with the golf shop staff before going to the tee box. Members are required to show a driver’s license or valid ID along with their Membership Card when checking in.
Cart fees for players who wish to ride are additional, paid in the pro shop at check-in. Players are also welcome to walk and carry or use a push cart.
Members and their guests may not bring outside food or beverages onto the course. All food and beverages, including beer and other drinks, must be purchased from the WLGC clubhouse.
All players must play the holes in the designated order, or as prescribed by the golf shop staff as necessary. Players will not play on the golf course during periods when a portion of the holes or the entire course is closed due to weather, special events or golf course maintenance. Members should set the example for all by staying out of all areas on the course marked as ground under repair or otherwise protected.
All golfers must follow course policies and adhere to player responsibilities: repairing ball marks, raking bunkers, replacing divots, be conscience of pace of play, following cart-directional signs, no outside food and beverage. If a player fails to follow these policies, the first offense will be a polite oral notification with a warning logged into our membership database. The second violation will result in a 30-day suspension of playing privileges. If for any reason there is a third violation within a calendar year, the Membership will be revoked without refund and the player will be permanently suspended from Windmill Lakes Golf Club.
Windmill Lakes Golf Club shall not be held responsible for any Acts of God that may affect the use of this Membership.
The above Membership Guidelines shall act as the Terms & Conditions of Membership for Windmill Lakes Golf Club. The purchase of this Membership constitutes the buyer’s agreement with these terms.
